NIANTIC, CT - February 1, 2006 - INNCOM international, inc, the global leader in integrated guestroom control systems, announced that Richard N. Quirino has been promoted to president, adding to his current responsibilities as chief operating officer. Duane Buckingham will continue to serve as chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer.

Quirino, who oversees marketing activities, domestic and international sales, application engineering, field operations, quality control, and customer satisfaction, will now have additional authority as representative head of INNCOM in the company's relations with outside entities, such as corporate customers and investors.

"Rick's promotion reflects the great value that his experience and hard work have brought to INNCOM over the past ten years", said Buckingham. "Beyond that, his increased authority provides added flexibility in our making and executing contractual obligations. This benefits our rapidly expanding customer base and provides greater security to the company's shareholders."

Quirino joined INNCOM in 1996 with an extensive background of sales and marketing experience in the lodging industry. He began his sales career in 1962 with the commercial products division of RCA providing electronic devices and systems to hoteliers across the USA. In 1990, Quirino left RCA to assume the position of president of Robobar Inc., North America. Under his leadership, the company became the leading worldwide provider of automated minibar systems. When the company was acquired five years later, Quirino was named Vice President of Sales for Minibar North America.

A native of Los Angeles, Quirino served three years on active duty in the U.S. Army before earning his degree in business administration.
